Refund & Return Policy – Alheraf Platform

At Alheraf Platform, we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a fair and transparent return and refund process, while respecting the nature of handcrafted and artisan products as well as workshops and events.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or invoice).
- The reason for return falls within the accepted categories (see Section 2).
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Perishable goods or items with expiration dates.
- Digital downloads or services.
- Workshops and events that have already been attended or accessed.
2. Accepted Reasons for Return
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product received is significantly different from its description or images on the Platform.
- The wrong product was delivered.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, you may choose between:
- A full refund to the original payment method.
- A replacement with a similar or identical product (if available).
- Store credit for future purchases.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Return Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Alheraf Platform will cover the shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
5. Lost or Damaged Returns During Shipping
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packaged.
- Alheraf Platform is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during shipping.
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Workshops and events once confirmed or attended, except in cases of cancellation by the provider.
