At Al-Hiraf, we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a fair and transparent return and refund process, while respecting the nature of handmade and artisanal products.

1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase provided (order confirmation or invoice).

  • Reason for return falls under accepted categories (see Section 2).

Some products are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Perishable goods or products with expiration dates.

  • Digital downloads or services.

2. Accepted Reasons for Return
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.

  • Product received differs significantly from its description or images on Al-Hiraf.

  • Incorrect product delivered.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, you may choose:

  • Full refund to the original payment method.

  • Exchange for a similar or identical product (if available).

  • Store credit for future purchases.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Al-Hiraf will cover shipping costs.

  • For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Lost or Damaged Returns in Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged.

  • Al-Hiraf is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards.
