At Al-Hiraf, we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a fair and transparent return and refund process, while respecting the nature of handmade and artisanal products.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

Product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase provided (order confirmation or invoice).

Reason for return falls under accepted categories (see Section 2).
Some products are non-returnable, including:

Custom-made or personalized items.

Perishable goods or products with expiration dates.

Digital downloads or services.
2. Accepted Reasons for Return
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or defective.

Product received differs significantly from its description or images on Al-Hiraf.

Incorrect product delivered.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, you may choose:

Full refund to the original payment method.

Exchange for a similar or identical product (if available).

Store credit for future purchases.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
4. Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Al-Hiraf will cover shipping costs.

For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Lost or Damaged Returns in Shipping

The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged.

Al-Hiraf is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made or personalized products.

Clearance or final sale items.

Gift cards.
