4. Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers are responsible for fulfilling, packaging, and delivering orders on time.

  • Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, or items that violate intellectual property laws.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers agree not to request unjustified refunds or returns.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • Sellers set their own prices; however, Al-Hiraf may charge transaction or service fees.

  • Al-Hiraf may withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Engage in harassment or abusive conduct.

9. Shipping and Delivery
